Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you order from TrendVolt. If something isn’t right, here is how we help.

Return window: You can request a return or replacement within [7] days of delivery.

Eligible cases:

• The product arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• The product is not working on arrival

How to request:

1. Email thetrendvolt@gmail.com within [7] days of delivery with your order number.
2. Attach clear photos or a short unboxing video showing the issue.
3. We will review your request within [2] business days and reply with next steps.

Conditions: The item must be unused (except for testing a defect) and in its original packaging with all accessories. Items damaged through misuse are not eligible.

Refunds: Once your return is approved and received, we refund you or send a replacement.

• Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within [5–7] business days.
• Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI. We’ll ask for your details.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• The ₹50 prepaid discount is deducted if only part of an order is returned.

Cancellations: You can cancel before the order ships by emailing us with your order number. Once shipped, it can’t be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for your account.
